Since yesterday I am officially student at the Blekinge Institute of Technology, that means that I have a "BTH- Studentkort" and an additional "Studentkort" from the students union Blekinge.I should have had my first lecture yesterday however due to mismanagement it didn't take place. And so I have another week off.
Of course I used the time to do some bureaucratic stuff. Finally my learning agreement has also been approved by the coordinator of the software engineering department at the BTH.
So my courses for this semester are:
- Global Software Engineering
- Software Architecture and Quality
- Product-line Architecture
- Practical Requirements Engineering
Furthermore I wanted to unlock my mobile-phone so that I can use it with a swedish SIM-Card. So I searched in the internet for an unlock-code and of course I found a webpage which provides such a service ... and ohhh, it supports payment by PayPal, nice ... add to shoping cart, enter the PayPal-Code and oopss ... Error message: "Account blocked!!" ... *wtf* ... What's going on here!! PayPal has very strict security procedures and so they thought that somebody from sweden wanted to get access to my austrian-account and blocked ME ;-) ... nice security, but annoying!!
After a few mails and changing password and so on, my account was reactivated ... hmmpfhh!!
At this wouldn't have been enough!! I tried to order some books from an swedish bookshop (like amazon) and then I wanted to pay with VISA, however I entered a wrong password and so the account was locked as well ... shit happens!! I think that in this case a reactivation seems not as easy as with the PayPal-Account ;-) ... However, I have to try it!!
