Last weekend we met to find out the truth about "
Surströming". Some people from Karlskrona also attended this crazy event and tried to gather a piece of this delicious "vergammelten" fish. First of all we drank some alcohol (of course for desinfection) and after a while we were ready for "Surströming" ;-) It is strongly recommended to open the tin somewhere outside the house (otherwise Martin would have killed us) and somewhere under water.

And yeahh, I can promise you it smells really, really bad ... but as one can see on the video ... it is eatable.
